What this means for you is simple: nothing changes about the experience you’re used to. The same production team, customer care team, and product offering are all moving over with you. When it’s time to place your next order, you’ll find everything in your account exactly as you’d expect, just under a new name.
Nothing is needed on your end! Use your existing Mastertrack or Mixonic login to access your new Solid Merch account.
Projects from both accounts have been combined into one Solid Merch account. If you’ve never saved a project with Solid Merch, you’ll use your Mastertrack or Mixonic login credentials. If your Solid Merch account has any previously saved projects, please use your Solid Merch credentials.
Your saved projects are accessible in the My Projects section of your account, and reordering is as easy as before – just click the Reorder button next to the project in your Solid Merch account, and our system will guide you from there.
For orders that are currently in production, you’ll still receive correspondence from Mastertrack’s or Mixonic’s customer care email. All other messages will be from our Solid Merch email – please add [email protected] to your address book so that important production messages don’t end up in your spam folder.

Projects still in production will not be affected, and all correspondence can be done through existing email threads with our Mastertrack or Mixonic customer care teams. For future projects, correspondence will be through our Solid Merch customer care team.
