We need a vector file for what you need printed. Vector art is typically created as an Adobe Illustrator.ai file, often then saved as a PDF. Unlike rastor image files (JPG, PSD, PNG) which are made up of pixels that limit your printing capabilities, vector art is created from a combination of geometric shapes such as points, lines, curves, and polygons. This allows the art to be enlarged and printed with minimal depreciation.

If you do not have the capabilities to create vector art, reach out to our Customer Care team to see what options are available for converting your art. Please note that there may be design fees and there may also be a loss of some detail due to the conversion of your file.
You don’t need a massive order to get started—we offer screen printing packages starting at just 24 units for shirts, hoodies, and more. Whether you’re ordering for a small tour or your whole crew, we’ve got you covered.

We carry a wide variety of standard shirt styles and sizes. Most of our online packages include sizes Small through 3XL, but we’re happy to accommodate sizes outside that range, so feel free to ask!
Style options include crew neck, v-neck, long sleeve, ¾ sleeve “baseball” tees, sweatshirts, hoodies, and more. If you are looking for ladies cuts, garment dyed styles (like Comfort Colors or Comfort Wash) or you’re looking for a specific brand or style you don’t see online, feel free to reach out to our Customer Care team!
Our standard turnaround time is 12–14 business days before shipping. If you’re working with a tight deadline, let us know and we’ll see what we can do to help.
Absolutely. If your design includes full-color images, complicated gradients, or anything else that’s a bit more complex, we offer DTG (direct-to-garment) and other specialty printing methods to get it looking just right.
Simple gradients do not usually require DTG unless it is a multi color gradient. Instead, they require half tones which we can do using screen printing. If you’re not sure whether your artwork can be screen printed or must be done using DTG printing, feel free to reach out to our Customer Care team!
